Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Associate to manage daily store operations, maintain inventory records, and ensure the timely receipt and issuance of materials to various hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive, check, and record incoming goods and supplies.
Maintain proper records of stock received and issued.
Update daily inventory entries in the system.
Prepare GRNs, stock reports, and requisition records.
Coordinate with Purchase and Accounts departments.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Assist with regular physical stock verification.
Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of the store.
Maintain accurate documentation and filing.

Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate preferred.




Previous experience in hotel stores or inventory management is preferred.
Positive knowledge of Advanced Excel, MS Office, and Tally.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and data entry.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
