ERP / System Support
Provide day-to-day support to users for ERP-related issues and queries.
Assist users in understanding and correctly using ERP modules and processes.
Coordinate with the ERP vendor/team for system issues, bugs, enhancements, and follow-ups.
Monitor ERP transactions and identify process-related gaps or errors.
Assist in ERP implementation, testing, UAT, and rollout activities.
Prepare and maintain system-related reports, MIS, and trackers.
Follow up on pending system issues and ensure timely closure.
Support data validation and ensure that transactions are correctly entered in the system.
Assist in documenting ERP processes, SOPs, and user guidelines.
Coordinate with plant teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into system requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
