Job Description – BAMS Junior Assistant Doctor

Designation: Junior Assistant Doctor (BAMS)

Department: Clinical Operations

Qualification: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery)

Experience: Freshers / Experienced

Job Type: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist Senior Doctors during patient consultations and clinical procedures.
Conduct preliminary patient assessments and record medical history.
Check and monitor patients' basic health parameters, including BP, pulse, temperature, and weight.
Understand patients' health concerns and coordinate with senior doctors for appropriate medical guidance.
Maintain accurate patient medical records, prescriptions, and consultation details.
Follow up with patients regarding their treatment progress and recovery.
Coordinate with clinic administration and support staff to ensure smooth clinical operations.
Ensure proper patient care, safety, hygiene, and clinical protocols.




Assist in managing patient appointments and consultation schedules.
Support patient retention and satisfaction through qualified communication and regular follow-ups.

Required Skills
Valuable clinical knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine.
Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assist senior doctors and manage patient interactions.
Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.
Patient-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and medical documentation skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
