Handle incoming customer calls, emails and enquiries.
Attend to customer complaints and service requests.
Coordinate with the Service Engineers for customer visits and service schedules.
Follow up on pending customer complaints until closure.
Maintain customer complaint and service request records.
Coordinate with Sales, Spares, Service and Dispatch departments.
Provide customers with updates regarding service status and spare parts availability.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly customer service reports.
Collect customer feedback and maintain customer satisfaction records.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Coordinate warranty-related queries and service documentation.
Escalate critical customer complaints to the Service Manager.
Maintain proper records of customer communications and service reports.
Follow up with customers after service completion to obtain feedback.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
