Job Description:
Lead a team of mechanical design engineers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
Drive end-to-end product design and development activities from concept through implementation.
Manage engineering projects, ensuring timely execution and successful delivery of project milestones.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
Collaborate closely with US stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into engineering solutions.
Review engineering designs, drawings,



calculations, and technical documentation.
Monitor project schedules, risks, resource utilization, and deliverables.
Support product enhancements, cost reduction initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality processes, and organizational best practices.
Participate in design reviews, project status meetings, and customer/stakeholder discussions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
10–12 years of experience in Mechanical Design Engineering and Product Development.
Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
Solid understanding of mechanical systems, product design methodologies, GD&T;, and engineering drawings.
Experience in Project Management, Project Execution, and Product Implementation.
Proficiency in CAD tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.
Experience working with global teams and stakeholders
