Job Title: Area Sales Executive

Location: Kaimur & Rohtas Bihar
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month + TA/DA + Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and target-oriented Area Sales Executive to join our sales team in Kaimur& Rohtas,. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, customer handling, or business development.

The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to travel within the assigned area to meet customers, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
Generate new leads through field visits, customer references, and market activities.
Convert prospective customers into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
Conduct regular market visits to identify current business opportunities.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers to ensure timely conversions.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads,



and sales activities.
Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer queries and issues.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to the reporting manager.

Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to work in the field may also be considered.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
A positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and MS Office or Google tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
Candidates comfortable travelling across Patna, Kaimur, and Rohtas will be preferred, depending on the assigned territory.
