Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Faculty / Human Resource Trainer to train students in Human Resource Management and related HR practices. Freshers with valuable HR knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on Human Resource Management topics.
Teach recruitment and selection, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
Explain labour laws, EPF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Provide practical training on HR documentation and recruitment tools.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and assignments.
Guide students in interview preparation and career development.




Assess student performance and provide feedback.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Valuable knowledge of HR concepts and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
Familiarity with HRMS and recruitment platforms.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Previous training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
