Special Educator should be expert problem solvers with positive diagnostic skills. This requires a highly analytical mindset and the ability to understand people on a psychoanalytic level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Co-ordinate and Reporting to Inclusive Education cell (IEC) Mumbai for action plan for the school,
Counselling children’s and parents,
Applied various Psychometric testing and treatment,
Plan workshops
Teach special children
Design IEP’s for individual special need child.
Conducting sessions and workshop with Children, Parents and Teachers.
Create and maintain database of counselling cases.
Skills Required

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with patients.
Highly analytical mindset.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree/ Post graduation degree In Psychology.
B.Ed in Special Education is compulsory
2 years of experience of working as a special educator and experience of working with special children
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
