Tieten Medicity Hospital is looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to join our growing healthcare team.

HR Executive / HR Officer

Location

Tieten Medicity Hospital, Thane, Maharashtra

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Salary will depend on experience and interview performance.

Experience

Minimum 2 Years of HR Experience
Healthcare / Hospital HR experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee hiring
Source candidates through job portals, social media and references
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
Handle joining formalities and employee documentation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Manage attendance, leave and basic payroll coordination
Support employee onboarding and induction
Coordinate with different hospital departments for manpower requirements




Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR activities
Assist in maintaining HR policies and compliance

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Strong recruitment and coordination skills
Knowledge of basic HR processes and documentation
Ability to work in a hospital/healthcare setting
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Valuable problem-solving and team-management skills

Preferred

Candidates with prior hospital/healthcare HR experience will be given preference.
