Job Position: Senior Civil Project Manager

Experience: 10 Years and Above

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution – Plan, organize, and execute residential and commercial construction projects from start to completion.
Project Management – Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards.
Team Management – Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
Budget & Cost Control – Prepare project budgets, monitor expenses, control costs, and minimize material wastage.
Site Supervision – Monitor daily site activities and ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Quality Control – Ensure construction quality, material standards, safety regulations, and technical specifications.
Material Management – Plan material requirements, coordinate procurement, and ensure timely availability at project sites.
Client Coordination – Maintain qualified communication with clients, architects, consultants, and stakeholders.
Progress Monitoring – Review project schedules, track progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
Technical Coordination – Review architectural, structural,



and MEP drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
Contractor Management – Coordinate subcontractors, verify work progress, and monitor contractual obligations.
Reporting & Documentation – Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, project records, and billing documentation.
Safety Management – Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with construction safety standards.
Project Handover – Ensure final inspections, snag-list clearance, documentation, and successful project handover.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
B.E. / M.E in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10+ years of construction project management experience.
Robust knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Excel.
Robust client handling and communication skills.

Language Requirements:

Must be fluent in Tamil, English, Hindi, and Malayalam (all four languages are mandatory).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
