Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily shop-floor manufacturing and fabrication activities.
Allocate manpower and monitor operator productivity.
Handle sheet metal fabrication, CNC machine operations, and aluminium fabrication activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedules.
Monitor material consumption, machine utilisation, and work progress.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, and Stores teams.
Conduct first-level quality checks and ensure process compliance.
Maintain shift reports, production records, and attendance.
Ensure housekeeping, discipline, and workplace safety on the shop floor.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in metal manufacturing or fabrication.
Knowledge of CNC machines, fabrication processes, and production operations.
Ability to manage operators and shop-floor manpower.
Robust supervision, coordination, and troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of quality and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
