Job Description

We are hiring MEP Supervisors for a construction company in Oman. The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising and coordinating MEP activities, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting works at construction project sites.

Candidates should have basic knowledge of MEP works and the ability to coordinate site activities, monitor work progress, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily MEP activities at construction sites.
Coordinate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting works.
Monitor installation and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with technicians, workers, engineers, and other site teams.
Ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
Monitor work progress and report site-related issues.
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Support the project team in completing work within the scheduled timeframe.

Requirements




Basic educational qualification.
Basic knowledge of MEP activities and construction works.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Ability to supervise and coordinate site activities.
Age below 40 years.
Willingness to work at construction project sites in Oman.

Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: Rs 55,414.58 – Rs 67,728.93
Duty Hours: 9 hours + 1-hour break.
Accommodation: Provided by the company.

Overtime: Allowance as applicable.
