Job Summary:

We are hiring a Disbursement Officer responsible for handling end-to-end loan disbursement activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing as per company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Process loan disbursements (MSME / Business Loans) as per approved sanction terms
Verify KYC, agreements, and disbursement conditions before processing
Ensure accurate data entry in LOS/LMS systems
Coordinate with credit, sales, and field teams for file readiness
Execute NEFT/RTGS disbursements within defined TAT
Maintain daily MIS, disbursement trackers, and reports
Ensure compliance with internal audit and regulatory guidelines
Resolve disbursement-related queries from internal teams/customers




Highlight discrepancies and process improvement opportunities

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)
1–4 years of experience in loan disbursement / operations in NBFC / Bank
Experience in MSME / Business Loan processing preferred
Positive knowledge of loan documentation and compliance

Key Skills:
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under timelines (TAT-driven role)
Basic to advanced MS Excel proficiency
Understanding of audit and compliance requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in NBFC operations (MSME segment)
Familiarity with Ahmedabad/Gujarat market
Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
