Key Responsibilities:
Manage critically ill patients in the ICU and Emergency Room (ER).
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients requiring intensive care and organ support.
Manage ventilator-dependent patients and perform airway management.
Monitor hemodynamic status and provide advanced critical care interventions.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Ensure adherence to ICU protocols and quality standards.
Participate in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Eligibility:
MBBS with significant ICU experience
MD/DNB in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, General Medicine
Fellowship/Certification in Critical Care is preferred.
Solid knowledge of ventilator management, critical care protocols, and emergency management.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
