Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive (AR) to manage accounts receivable, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
Follow up with customers for pending dues and resolve payment issues
Maintain proper documentation of all receivable transactions
Prepare periodic AR reports, aging analysis, and collection status reports
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing and collection updates
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Assist in month-end closing activities related to receivables

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)




Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, ERP systems, etc.)
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Robust attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Attributes
Experience handling high-volume transactions
Familiarity with GST invoicing and compliance
Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
