We are looking for an HR Manager who can independently handle day-to-day HR activities and manage the complete employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and exit.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and HR records.
Coordinate payroll processing, salary inputs, leaves, attendance, and employee-related data.
Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
Plan and support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Manage performance-related coordination, employee feedback, and HR communication.
Handle employee exit processes, including resignation, full & final coordination, and exit formalities.




Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR policies and processes are followed.
Coordinate with management and different teams for smooth HR operations.
Ensure a professional and supportive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in HR / Human Resources.
Positive knowledge of recruitment, payroll, onboarding, employee engagement, and exit processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR documentation.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
