Responsible for coordinating and managing health insurance claim-related activities, including field verification, document collection, claim investigation, and coordination with hospitals, patients, TPAs, and insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate claim processing.
Good knowledge of health insurance and claims procedures.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct field visits and investigations.
Good documentation and report-writing skills.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to identify discrepancies and potential fraudulent claims.
Willingness to travel as required
Graduation in any field from a recognized university. Candidates with relevant educational qualifications or experience related to Health Insurance, Claims, TPA, Hospital Administration, or Field Operations will be preferred.
Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Candidates with relevant experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
