Job Overview

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Equity / Stock Market Specialist to monitor stock exchanges, analyze financial markets, and manage or advise on equity investments. You will be responsible for evaluating stock performance, executing trades, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maximizing portfolio returns.

Key Responsibilities
Market Monitoring & Analysis: Track daily stock market movements, global economic indicators, and sector-specific news.
Trade Execution: Buy, hold, and sell equity products (stocks, equity options, and related financial instruments) on major exchanges (e.g., NSE/BSE).
Research & Valuation: Build financial models, analyze company balance sheets, and conduct technical or fundamental analysis to generate actionable investment ideas.
Portfolio Management: Review and rebalance client or company equity portfolios based on risk tolerance and market conditions.
Compliance & Risk Assessment: Ensure all trading activities adhere to SEBI/exchange guidelines, internal risk parameters, and statutory compliance.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly,



and ad-hoc market intelligence and performance reports for leadership or clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CFA is a plus).
Experience: [e.g., 2–5 years] of hands-on experience in equity broking, stock trading, or equity research.
Certifications: Mandatory or preferred NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certifications (e.g., NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Dealer Certification or NISM-Series-XV: Research Analyst Certification).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and Bloomberg/Terminal or stock trading software.
Solid grasp of technical and fundamental analysis.
Soft Skills: High numerical aptitude, quick decision-making under pressure, attention to detail, and strong communication skills

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
