Sales Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and sales orders.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Coordinate with customers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
Process sales orders accurately in the system.
Maintain customer records and sales reports.
Coordinate with the accounts team for payments and outstanding dues.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Dispatch Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.
Prepare delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other dispatch documents.
Coordinate with the warehouse and packing teams for material readiness.
Arrange transportation and communicate delivery schedules.
Verify material quantity, quality, and item details before dispatch.
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Maintain dispatch records and update delivery status.
Handle delivery-related issues and customer complaints.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with sales, stores, production, accounts, and logistics teams.
Monitor pending orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Prepare daily sales and dispatch reports.




Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records.
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
Required Skills
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

Job Title: Sales & Dispatch Executive

Department: Sales & Logistics

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Education: Graduate or Diploma, preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or Logistics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
