Technical Manager / Technical Project Lead – Java

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager / Technical Project Lead with strong expertise in Java development and technical team leadership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding development teams, overseeing project execution, maintaining code quality, and ensuring timely delivery of software projects.

Location: SmartCity, Kochi, Kerala
Work Mode: Full time, Work From Office
Experience: 8–10+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Java development projects and technical teams.
Oversee software design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Provide technical guidance and ensure coding standards and best practices.
Review code and support the team in resolving technical challenges.
Coordinate with stakeholders to manage project timelines and deliverables.




Monitor project progress and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements
8–10+ years of experience in Java software development.
Robust knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Experience with REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and SQL databases.
Proven experience in technical leadership and managing development teams.
Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Solid problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
Experience managing project delivery and technical decisions.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
