We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Automobile Sales Trainer with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (mandatory) and positive knowledge of the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Train and develop sales executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and negotiation skills.
Improve team performance in enquiry generation, test drives, bookings, and retail sales.
Conduct regular training sessions, role plays, and performance reviews.
Ensure strong knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, competitor models, and the latest industry trends.
Monitor individual performance and provide coaching to achieve sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales training or automobile sales (mandatory).
Valuable knowledge of the automobile industry and vehicle products.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Robust leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
Result-oriented approach with a passion for developing sales teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
