We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and result-oriented Store Manager to manage our retail store operations efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise and manage store staff, including sales and cashier teams.
Monitor sales targets and work towards achieving business goals.
Maintain inventory, stock availability, and proper merchandising.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and employee attendance.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail store management is preferred.
Positive leadership, communication,



and team management skills.
Knowledge of inventory management, billing, and sales operations.
Ability to handle staff and manage day-to-day challenges.
Responsible, hardworking, and customer-focused.
