Job Description – Accounts Executive

Location: Ladhaut Road, Sector 36, B-69, Suncity, Rohtak
Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years (Preferably in Logistics / Transport)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Manage purchase, sales and bank reconciliation.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills and payment records.
Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
Work on Tally/ERP and MS Excel (Advanced Level).
Coordinate with vendors, transporters and internal teams.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
Track payments, outstanding balances and follow up for timely settlements.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.




Assist in audit and compliance work.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.

Required Skills:
High level of accuracy and analytical skills.
Robust knowledge of Logistics / Transport operations preferred.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Tally and accounting software.
Understanding of GST, TDS and financial reporting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
