Key Responsibilities
Outbound Telecalling: Call potential customers from provided data lists to explain our services/products and generate qualified leads.
Front Desk Management: Greet walk-in clients, maintain the reception desk, and manage incoming and outgoing office couriers/documents.
Inbound Customer Handling: Answer incoming phone calls, resolve basic customer queries, and route complex calls to the right team.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate daily logs of called numbers, customer feedback, and walk-in details using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Follow-ups:



Systematically call back interested leads to schedule appointments or close requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (12th Pass) with excellent verbal skills.
Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with a confident speaking voice are highly encouraged).
Languages: Telugu and English are required. Knowledge of Hindi is a solid advantage.
Location Preference: Candidates residing in or around KPHB, Kukatpally, Miyapur, Nizampet, or JNTU are preferred for a stress-free daily commute.
Skills: Good phone etiquette, active listening, and Social Media Using skills.
