Job Description:
Path Mentors Educational Services is looking for motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will reach out to prospective students and parents, guide them on educational and career opportunities, and manage the end-to-end admission process.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads interested in educational programs.
Counsel prospective students and guide them toward the right courses.
Address student queries and handle follow-ups effectively.
Maintain daily call reports and update candidate details.
Achieve monthly targets for admissions and enrolments.
Requirements:
Any Bachelor's degree (B.Sc, B.A, B.Com, BBA, B.E/B.Tech, etc.) or Master's degree (M.Sc, M.A, M.Com, MBA, etc.)
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or counselling.
Solid verbal communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Positive persuasive ability and candidate handling skills.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
