We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Head to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial management and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall finance and accounting operations.
Ensure statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, ESIC, EPFO, Qualified Tax and Income Tax.
Handle tax planning, returns and statutory filings.
Manage financial statements, reporting and account finalisation.
Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
Manage ERP-based accounting systems.
Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants and financial institutions.
Ensure timely compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation and statutory compliances.
Hands-on experience with ERP accounting software.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid financial management and analytical skills.
Leadership, team management and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Candidates: Candidates having experience in Government Construction, Mining, Steel or Real Estate industries will be preferred.
Work Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata, West Bengal.
