Primary Objective: Drive lead generation and brand promotion while managing post-sale client communication, issue resolution, and loyalty.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Marketing Duties
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through online/offline channels, cold calling, and networking.
Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and local markets.
Presentations & Demos: Conduct product/service presentations, pitch solutions, and negotiate terms to close sales.
Market Research: Gather competitor data, analyze customer preferences, and report on campaign performance.

After-Sales & Customer Support Duties
Onboarding & Communication: Welcome new clients, handle post-purchase inquiries, and provide product/service guidance.
Issue & Warranty Resolution:



Coordinate with internal technical or service teams to resolve customer complaints, service requests, or warranty claims.
Retention & Upselling: Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction, gather feedback, and recommend upgrade or renewal options.
Database Management: Log customer interactions, support tickets, and sales pipelines in CRM software.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, B.Com, BBA, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Robust verbal and written communication skills for client-facing discussions and cross-team collaboration.
Technical & Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), social media channels, and CRM database software.
Interpersonal Traits: Patient problem-solving ability, negotiation skills, active listening, and a target-driven mindset

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
