We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team in the healthcare sector.

Position: Senior HR Executive

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: MBA in HR / Human Resource Management
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
Industry Experience: Previous hospital experience is mandatory
Key Skills: Recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll-related activities.
Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and hospital procedures.

Preferred Candidate: A proactive, organized, and qualified individual with robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
