Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Field Sales Officers to promote and sell residential and commercial real estate properties. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, arranging property site visits, explaining project details, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and other marketing activities.
Identify potential customers interested in purchasing residential and commercial properties.
Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements and budgets.
Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and available amenities.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain solid relationships with customers and provide regular updates.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain daily activity reports and update lead status.

Eligibility & Requirements
Any Degree / Diploma preferred.




0–3 years of experience in field sales, real estate sales, or marketing.
Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Must be willing to travel and meet customers in the field.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
