About the Role

BIM Professionals is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about sales, confident in your communication skills, and can drive admissions and business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience Required
1–2 years of sales experience (preferred)
Candidates with 6 months of experience are also welcome to apply if you are confident in your sales abilities and can deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads into enrollments.
Follow up with inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Counsel prospective students and explain course offerings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
Coordinate with the marketing team to improve conversion rates.




Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students.

Requirements
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid sales and closing abilities.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
