Main Responsibilities
Student Career Guidance Guide students about career opportunities and placement preparation. Encourage students to actively participate in placement activities.
Aptitude & Reasoning Conduct basic Aptitude and Reasoning practice sessions. Help students improve problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Resume Preparation Guide students in preparing professional and job-ready resumes. Help students improve their resumes based on company requirements.
Mock Interviews Conduct regular Mock Interviews to improve students' confidence. Provide easy feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Group Discussions Conduct Group Discussion sessions for interested students. Help students improve communication, teamwork and presentation skills.
Placement Drives Coordinate with companies for campus / in-house placement drives. Support students for off-campus and in office placement opportunities. Share relevant job opportunities with eligible students.
Company Coordination & Follow-up Communicate with HR teams and placement representatives of companies. Follow up regarding job openings, drives and interview schedules.



Maintain a good qualified relationship with companies.
Placement Records Maintain basic records of placement drives, student participation and results. Keep placement-related information updated for reporting and follow-up.
Overall Placement Support Coordinate day-to-day placement activities smoothly. Work with students, faculty and companies to support successful placements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
