Sirohi is hiring a Sales Head.

We partner with craft clusters across India to design and source handmade home decor and gifting products for global buyers.

Now we're looking for someone to lead our Corporate and Institutional Sales from Gurgaon.

What you'll do:
Build our wholesale and corporate sales strategy across FMCG, mithai houses, hospitality, corporates and global boutique retail
Win CSR, festive and client gifting accounts in India and abroad
Set up the sales team, KPIs and a CRM to track leads to conversion
Guide product selection and pricing for B2B buyers
Build partnerships with boutique and lifestyle stores in tier 1 cities
Keep clients coming back through excellent post-sales service

What we're looking for:
8–12 years in sales, BD,



buying or sourcing, with 2–3 years in leadership
Robust networks across global retail, hospitality, corporate and events
Trade show experience and a solid grasp of handmade products, pricing and MOQs
Numbers-driven, and excellent with Excel, presentations and reports
Mandatory experience in corporate gifting, hospitality or gifting

A charmer, a hustler, a storyteller in the form of a salesperson, and someone who believes handmade deserves a seat globally.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,350,000.00 per year
