Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.
Receive, verify and record incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Track stock movement, usage and wastage.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconciliation.
Issue materials to the restaurant/operations team as required.
Coordinate with purchase and operations teams for material requirements.
Maintain proper storage, cleanliness and organization of the store.
Identify and report stock shortages, damages and discrepancies.
Ensure proper handling and storage of food and non-food materials.

Requirements




Previous experience as a Store Incharge / Store Keeper / Inventory Executive, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
Positive organizational and communication skills.
Robust attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle stock responsibly.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
