Team Scheduling & Management: Coordinate employee rosters, manage shift rotations, handle staff queries, and assist in training current hires.
Inventory & Resource Management: Oversee stock levels, manage relationships with suppliers, track operational budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
Customer Service & Escalation: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, ensuring swift and satisfactory problem resolution.
Event & Promotion Execution: Run on-ground operations for festive sales or store events while simultaneously capturing live content for social media stories.
Handling and managing tasks with graphic designer, startegising content for social media and attending cutomer enquiries on instagram
managing the dispatches for orders recived and giving real time updates to the clients for the same.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
