Position: Sales Executive – Diwali Special Stall
Department: Sales & Retail Operations

Work Location: Diwali Sales Stalls – As Assigned
Reporting To: Stall In-Charge / Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
Promote and sell Diwali sweets, gift boxes, combo packs and bakery products.
Explain product varieties, prices, offers and festival packages.
Achieve daily stall-wise sales targets.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stall cleanliness.
Monitor product stock, replenishment, packaging and expiry dates.
Handle customer orders, billing and digital payments accurately.
Promote bulk orders and corporate Diwali gifting.
Maintain daily sales, stock and cash handover records.
Follow food safety, personal grooming and company standards.
Coordinate with the Stall In-Charge for stock requirements and customer concerns.
Minimize product damage, wastage and stock shortages.





Candidate Requirements
Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil.
Basic sales and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work during festival peak hours.
Honest, punctual, energetic and target-oriented.
Previous retail, bakery or FMCG sales experience preferred.

Daily sales target achievement.
Customer satisfaction and upselling.
Accurate billing and cash handling.
Zero avoidable stock shortages.
Proper stall hygiene and product presentation.

Salary & Perks

Salary: Based on experience and company norms.
Incentives: Performance-based incentives, subject to company approval.
Duty Timing: As per stall operations and assigned shift.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹1,000.00 per day
