Requirements:
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM.
Valid Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC) registration is mandatory.
Minimum 1–2 years of ICU experience is mandatory.
Solid clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient-care skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to handle critical patients and respond effectively to emergency situations.
Knowledge of ICU protocols, infection control practices, and patient monitoring.
