Location: Kottayam, Kerala
Basic Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

Job Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the construction industry to convert company-provided leads into successful business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert qualified leads provided by the company into confirmed sales.
Contact prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable products or services.
Follow up consistently with prospects and drive sales closures.
Conduct client meetings and site visits whenever required.
Negotiate pricing and close deals in line with company policies.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper lead follow-up records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sales,



preferably in the construction industry.
Robust communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to manage leads, follow up effectively, and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven approach.
Knowledge of the local Kottayam market will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month.

Important: Leads will be provided by the company. The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive is to follow up, convert leads, and close deals successfully.
