Position: Sales Executive

Qualification: MBA / Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers can apply

Salary Package: Up to ₹3 LPA

Employment Type: Internship-based with an prospect for permanent employment based on performance.

Job Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Explain Royal Enfield motorcycle models, features, specifications, and pricing.
Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Arrange test rides and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate bookings, documentation, finance, and vehicle deliveries.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Interest in automobiles and motorcycle sales.




Target-oriented mindset and teamwork skills.

Salary & Career Growth
CTC: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum (₹3 LPA).
Equivalent Monthly CTC: Up to ₹25,000.
Initial Period: Internship / on-the-job training.
Permanent Employment: Chance for a permanent position after successful completion of the internship, based on performance and company requirements.
