Job Description – Civil Engineer - Projects & Maintenance
Qualification: B.E. in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5 - 10 years

Key Responsibilities
Execute civil construction, renovation, and modification projects.
Supervise contractors, manpower, and daily site activities.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project schedules.
Handle building maintenance, including civil repairs, painting, plastering, flooring, and waterproofing.
Attend leakage, seepage, cracks, and other civil maintenance complaints.
Conduct preventive maintenance and routine site inspections.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of work.
Monitor project expenses and material consumption.
Maintain maintenance records and submit progress reports.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.





Required Skills
AutoCAD and drawing reading.
BOQ preparation and estimation.
Site supervision and contractor management.
Knowledge of civil construction and maintenance.
MS Office and communication skills.

Key Performance Indicators
Timely project completion.
Maintenance complaint closure.
Cost control and quality of work.
Safety compliance.
Reduction in recurring maintenance issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
