Business Development & Project Implementation Manager – GCC Business

Experience: Minimum 5–6 years

We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive business development and project implementation for our GCC bus operations business. The candidate should have hands-on experience in running bus depot operations, implementing current projects and managing client relationships.
Identify business opportunities and support sales, marketing and client engagement.
Lead project implementation, mobilisation and commencement of new GCC projects.
Manage bus depot operations, fleet deployment and operational performance.
Drive driver recruitment, onboarding, deployment and workforce management to ensure adequate driver availability.
Prepare,



monitor and analyse MIS reports to track operational performance, manpower and project KPIs
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project execution.
Minimum 5–6 years of experience in bus depot or transport operations.
Robust experience in driver recruitment and management is essential.
Experience in sales or client engagement, or a strong flair for selling and marketing.
Proficiency in MIS preparation, reporting and data analysis.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
