Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full time, on-site role based in Sangli-Miraj and Kupwad, responsible for leading the overall technology vision and execution for Genericart Medicine. The CTO will oversee software and product development teams, define and implement IT strategy, and ensure that technology initiatives support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience across online and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing technology architecture, supervising project delivery, establishing development standards and best practices,



and collaborating with senior leadership to align technology roadmaps with organizational objectives. The role also involves evaluating and integrating new technologies, ensuring data security and compliance, optimizing infrastructure and systems performance, and building a high-performing technology organization through effective leadership and mentoring.
Qualifications

- Strong background in Software Development and Product Development, with experience delivering scalable, reliable solutions.
- Proficiency in IT Strategy and Technology Architecture, including designing and implementing systems that support business growth.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience leading technology teams in a fast-growing organization, preferably in healthcare, retail, or franchise-based models.
- Deep understanding of enterprise systems, cloud technologies, data security, and integration of online and offline platforms.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience setting up technology processes, KPIs, and governance frameworks to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
