We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Operations team. This role involves managing metadata-related requests, handling operational workflows, resolving escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle metadata-related requests and ensure accurate data processing.
- Manage daily operational tickets and resolve issues as per defined guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through email and written channels.
- Seek clarifications and coordinate with relevant teams when required.
- Support QA activities during new partner onboarding initiatives.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports.
- Monitor workflow performance and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
- Manage escalations and drive timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/vendors.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.




- Cross-train across multiple workflows and provide support as needed.

- What We're Looking For

1-2 years of experience in Operations/BPO processes

Graduate in any discipline

Comfortable working from the office in 24*7 shifts
