- Handle customer queries and provide banking/financial product information.
- Generate business through outbound and inbound calls.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales or customer handling.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of Banking, Insurance or Financial products preferred.
- Comfortable with telecalling and target-based sales.
Compensation:
