We're Hiring | Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location - Gurugram

Experience: 0–1 year post-qualification experience in a professional services firm OR 1–2+ years in industry.

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and regulatory compliances to manage assignments for Indian and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting and regulatory compliance for multiple clients.
- Handle payroll processing, labour law compliances, tax withholding (TDS), GST and corporate tax compliances.
- Assist in preparation of MIS, financial statements and other management reports.
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliances, including tax return filings.
- Handle FEMA, RBI-related compliances and foreign remittance certifications.
- Monitor client invoicing, receivables and collections.
- Interact regularly with clients, understand their requirements and provide timely solutions to technical queries.




- Conduct periodic client visits and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with junior team members, review work and ensure adherence to defined processes.
- Keep track of assignments, deadlines and deliverables through task management systems.
- Escalate critical client matters to senior management on a timely basis.
- Share technical knowledge with team members through discussions and presentations.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 0–1 year of post-qualification experience in a qualified services firm OR 1–2+ years of post-qualification experience in industry.
- Strong expertise in accounting matters and Indian Accounting Standards, including IND AS.
- Good practical exposure to taxation, payroll and statutory compliance.
