Requirement:
Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills (C1 Proficiency)
Min 6 Months Experience in International BPO - Chat Only
Note: Do not line-up candidates with Non-BPO / Domestic process experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions through chat support channels
Address customer queries with professionalism and empathy
Deliver premium customer experience with quick and accurate resolutions
Adhere to quality and compliance standards
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
Salary Structure:
6 Months - 12 Months - In hand 24k + 3k (After Training) - 26k + 3k (After Training)
13 Months - 24 Months - In hand 28k + 4k (After Training) - 29k + 4k (After Training)
24 Months+ - Upto 32k + 4k (After Training)
