Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Program Advisor / Education Counselor to guide students and working professionals in selecting suitable non-IT skilled courses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counselling, and sales skills, along with the ability to achieve enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and working professionals regarding suitable professional courses and career development opportunities.

Explain course details, program advantages, eligibility criteria, fees, and admission procedures.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with prospective learners, and convert leads into enrolments.

Understand candidates’ career goals and recommend relevant programs.

Achieve monthly admission, revenue, and sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and counselling activities in the CRM.

Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive counselling experience.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in education counselling, academic counselling, admissions, inside sales, or business development.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid persuasion, negotiation, and lead-conversion abilities.

Target-oriented approach with a willingness to achieve enrolment goals.

Ability to understand and explain professional courses to students and working professionals.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
