Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Career Guidance Executive to guide students in selecting suitable courses and career paths. The candidate will counsel students, explain training programs, conduct follow-ups, and support admissions while ensuring a positive student experience.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students regarding career opportunities and skill-development programs.
Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals.
Recommend appropriate courses based on student requirements.
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
Explain course details, fees, schedules, certifications, and placement support.
Maintain student inquiry and admission records.
Coordinate seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
Build relationships with colleges, institutions, and industry professionals.
Support admission and enrollment activities.
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
Eligibility
Any Degree




Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
Experience in counseling, admissions, sales, customer relations, or education services is an advantage.
