Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and initial telephonic interviews.
Source candidates through job portals, skilled networks, referrals, consultants, and institutes.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
Track candidate progress, interview feedback, assignments, offers, and joining status.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Build a pipeline of suitable candidates to meet current and future manpower requirements.

Required Skills
BBA in HR, MBA in HR, or PGDM in HR.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Familiarity with job portals, MS Excel, email, and recruitment tracking systems.
Robust coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies, meet hiring deadlines, and maintain candidate confidentiality.
