Job Overview

F&I; DEKOR is looking for a result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to develop and expand our dealer, fabricator, contractor, and interior skilled network in Agra and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.
Regularly visit and meet dealers, fabricators, contractors, interior designers, architects, and other relevant clients.
Convert potential leads into long-term customers and business partners.
Promote and sell F&I; DEKOR’s Wall Panels, PVC Panels, WPC, Fluted Louvers, UV Marble Sheets, False Ceiling Solutions, and other interior products.
Build solid relationships with existing dealers and customers.
Conduct regular market visits and understand competitor pricing,



products, and market trends.
Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
Maintain proper follow-up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Expand F&I; DEKOR’s market presence across Agra and nearby areas.

Candidate Requirements
Experience in Plywood, Interior Products, Wall Panels, Building Materials, or related industry will be preferred.
Good knowledge of the Agra market and nearby areas.
Robust communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Must be comfortable with field sales and regular client visits.
Existing contacts with dealers, fabricators, contractors, or interior professionals will be an advantage.
Target-oriented and capable of independently generating business.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
