We're looking for a motivated Lead Generation / BDE to join our team! This is a great chance for freshers or those with up to 2 years of experience to grow in business development.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire projects from platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and Fiverr.
Bid on projects, create proposals, and follow up with clients.
Communicate with international clients via chat and email.
Collaborate with the technical team to understand client needs.
Meet monthly sales targets and maintain records of leads and conversions.
Requirements:
Robust communication skills (written & verbal).
Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
Comfortable with working night shifts.
